Karlovy Vary is a name that I heard a lot while living in Czech Republic and even in Slovakia. But while I lived in Brno and later in Bratislava somehow I never got the chance to actually see it.
Our vacation with baby in USA lasted for almost three weeks. We begun with Orlando and continued with Miami, Tampa, Tallahassee, Mobile. The next place on the list was New Orleans.

After Mobile we planned to continue our road trip with baby in New Orleans. Before we got there we were being chases by a tornado. In Europe we don’t have anything similar to that, maybe just strong storms.
We choose to see the places that are further away from home. We pick exotic countries to spend our vacations. Sometimes what we need and want is not that far away.
Castle lover or not if you are in Slovakia you should see some castles! There are many nice castles in Slovakia. Some are just ruins but other are in an amazing great shape.
When you became a parent “baby friendly places” becomes very important. You are always looking for spots where the whole family is happy.
Vacation with baby in Mobile meant that we got to see Alabama. The movie ” Sweet home Alabama” was the main reason why we chose that route.
My first traditional Christmas dinner in Czechia happened a long time ago. Not that I am that old! ? But I was dating my husband at the time and since I couldn’t go home for Christmas he invited me to have dinner with his family. When I look back I can see that it was a sign of commitment ! ?
